Yummy Cheese Corn Sandwiches!!!
These are very yummy for the breakfast, on the go lunch or evening snack. Perfect for any time of the day. Do try it and let me know how it turned out.
Ingredients:
- Bread: 8
- Corn: 1 cup
- Onions and Chillies finely chopped : 1/2 cup
- Cheese: 1 handful
- Mayo: 2tbsp
- Butter: 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Let’s make it:
- Add corn, onions, chillies, cheese, salt, and mayo into the bowl.
- Mix everything together.
- Spread the little bit of may on either side of the bread and fill it with corn mixture.
- Toast it with butter on both sides and enjoy.
