Italian Torte Caprese!!!

It’s kind of delicious chocolate with no flour in it. You have to try it to taste its deliciousness. Let’s not waste time and let’s get to the recipe now.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 2 sticks
  • Chocolate Chips 11/2 cup
  • Large eggs 5
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • Almond flour 11/2 cups

Let’s make it:

  • Melt butter and chocolate chips together.
  • Seperate 5 eggs.
  • Beat the egg whites first with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  • Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Add almond flour and chocolate to the egg yolks.
  • Slowly add and fold egg whites.
  • Bake in a springfoam pan at 350 degree F for 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely and dust it with powdered sugar.

EarthQuake Cake Recipe!!!

I am back with another yummy cake recipe. This cake is called earthquake cake because of all the ingredients that go into it. Let’s not waste time and let’s get to the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Pecans or Walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Sweetend Coconut Flakes 1 1/2 cup
  • 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
  • Eggs, Oil and Water according to the cake package instructions
  • Butter 1/2 cup melted
  • Cream cheese 8oz softened
  • Powdered sugar 2 1/2 cup
  • Semi sweet chocolate chips 1 cup

Let’s Make it:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9″x13″ pan with cooking spray.
  • Place the pecans and coconut in an even layer in the bottom of the pan.
  • Prepare the cake mix according to package directions and pour the cake batter over the coconut and pecans.
  • Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add the butter and beat until combined. 
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture and beat on low speed until smooth.
  • Place dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cake batter. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cake.
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes or until the cake has set.
  • Cool, cut into squares and serve.
  • I frosted it with store bought frosting to make it even better.
