EarthQuake Cake Recipe!!!

I am back with another yummy cake recipe. This cake is called earthquake cake because of all the ingredients that go into it. Let’s not waste time and let’s get to the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Pecans or Walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Sweetend Coconut Flakes 1 1/2 cup
  • 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
  • Eggs, Oil and Water according to the cake package instructions
  • Butter 1/2 cup melted
  • Cream cheese 8oz softened
  • Powdered sugar 2 1/2 cup
  • Semi sweet chocolate chips 1 cup

Let’s Make it:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9″x13″ pan with cooking spray.
  • Place the pecans and coconut in an even layer in the bottom of the pan.
  • Prepare the cake mix according to package directions and pour the cake batter over the coconut and pecans.
  • Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add the butter and beat until combined. 
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture and beat on low speed until smooth.
  • Place dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cake batter. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cake.
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes or until the cake has set.
  • Cool, cut into squares and serve.
  • I frosted it with store bought frosting to make it even better.

Ghee Roast Dosa!!!

Hi everyone. Hope you are doing good. I am back with another yummy dosa recipe. Try it and let me know how it turned out.

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal 1/2 cup
  • Puffed Rice 1 cup washed and squeezed
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or butter as needed

Let’s Make it:

  1. Soak rice, urad dal and fenugreek seed for 5-6 hrs.
  2. Wash the puffed rice and take out the water.
  3. Grind everything together.
  4. Let it ferment overnight.
  5. In the morning you are ready to make the dosa.
  6. Add small drops of butter or ghee after you make the dosa.
  7. Serve it with your favorite chutney.

Yummy Yogurt Toast Sandwiches!!!

Hi How are you? I am back with a very yummy sandwich recipe for your breakfast. Let’s not waste time and let’s get to the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Onion, chillies and coriander around 4 tbsp (Increase or decrease according to your family needs)
  • Lime 1/2
  • Bread 8-10 slices

Let’s see How to make it:

  • In a bowl, add yogurt, onion, chillies, coriander and lime.
  • Mix it nicely.
  • Spread it on a slice of bread and top with another to make it into a sandwich.
  • Toast both sides of sandwich until golden brown in little bit of butter.
  • Enjoy it hot.
