Instant Ragi Dosa!!!

I am back with another yummy dosa recipe. This is healthy and tasty. Do try it and let me know how it turned out.

Ingredients:

  • Ragi flour: 1 cup
  • Rice flour: 1/2 cup
  • Sooji: 1/2 cup
  • Onions and chillies as per your taste
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup

Let’s make it:

  • Mix all the dry ingredients, and yogurt in a bowl.
  • Add water to form a batter similar to rava dosa batter.
  • Now you are ready to make dosa.
  • Make sure pan is very hot to make dosa.
  • Make crispy dosa and enjoy it with chutney of your choice.
