Ingredients:
- Ragi flour: 1 cup
- Rice flour: 1/2 cup
- Sooji: 1/2 cup
- Onions and chillies as per your taste
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Let’s make it:
- Mix all the dry ingredients, and yogurt in a bowl.
- Add water to form a batter similar to rava dosa batter.
- Now you are ready to make dosa.
- Make sure pan is very hot to make dosa.
- Make crispy dosa and enjoy it with chutney of your choice.
