Here I am again bringing you stuff from Youtube that have inspired me to try something new. These are mostly based on cooking, beauty and exercise. So let’s not waste time and see what I bought for you this week.

Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates. They are rich in potassium, magnesium and phosphorus which are essential for glowing skin. Potatoes will help in lightening the skin as well as reduce the pigmentation on the skin. Multani mitti also known as fuller’s earth is also very good for the skin.
2 TBSP of fuller’s earth ( I use Banjara’s brand as it also contains sandal paste in it)
- Peel the skin of the potato and grate the potato using a grater.
- Squeeze the grated potato to release the juice.
- Mix in Fuller’s earth into it and make it into a paste.
- Apply it to your skin and leave it on for 15 minutes.
- Wash it off with cold water.
- Use atleast 3 times a week to see the results.
