Who is bored of making same old breakfast? I definitely am. So I keep on trying new things for breakfast. I came across this recipe from Vyasa’s Blog and as Sabudana is very healthy, I decided to try it. It was so crispy and so tasty. Try it for yourself and see. I am putting the recipe here but if you want to go to the source, you are more than welcome to….

idli Rice – 1 cup
Sabudana – 1/2 cup.
Urad dal – 1/4 cup.
salt – for taste.
Soak idli Rice,sabudana,urad dal overnight or 5 to 6 hrs.(soak sabudana seperately and Rice and urad dal seperately )
  • Grind the soaked  idli rice,sabudana(javvarisi),urad dal and salt to gether with needed water.(The consistency should be moderate like dosa batter  consistency).
  • Ferment the batter for 12 hrs or overnight. Then start preparing Dosa’s. you get very crispy Dosa’s that u ever had.
  • It serves very well with all types of chutneys and podi.
