I came across this recipe from Vyasa’s Blog and as Sabudana is very healthy, I decided to try it. It was so crispy and so tasty. Try it for yourself and see. Grind the soaked idli rice,sabudana(javvarisi),urad dal and salt to gether with needed water.(The consistency should be moderate like dosa batter consistency).
Ferment the batter for 12 hrs or overnight. Then start preparing Dosa’s. you get very crispy Dosa’s that u ever had.
It serves very well with all types of chutneys and podi.
