I am slowly trying to change my lifestyle. I want to be there for my kids to depend on me when they grow up and need my help. I am trying to eat right exercise and keep my weight in control. I agree most of you might not have time to exercise, butt you have to start somewhere. If you can’t spend half an hour just spend 10mts a day and slowly increase it. Don’t eat until your stomach tells you you are hungry.. Every week I try different exercises to keep my self motivated.
