Menu Plan For Next Week!!!

Planning a menu ahead helps us to stay on the budget. I always plan my menu before going shopping so that I don’t buy things that I am not going to use for the week:

Monday:

Breakfast:

Idli with peanut chutney

Lunch:

Rice with leftover butter chicken from Sunday and gongura chutney

Dinner:

Phulka with butter chicken and gongura chutney

Tuesday:

Breakfast:

Whole wheat bread with scrambled eggs

lunch:

Ridge guard fry (beerakaya fry) and kakarkaya pulusu (bitterguard in tamarind gravy) with rice

Dinner:

Phulkas with Ridge guard fry

Wednesday:

Breakfast:

Idly with chutney

Lunch:

Rice with Onion Egg Curry

Dinner:

Phulka with Onion egg curry

Thursday: First Day of School

Breakfast:

Semiya Upma

Lunch:

Rice with Spinach Dal

Dinner:

Chapathi with Spinach dal

Friday:

Breakfast:

Onion Uttappam with Chutney

Lunch:

Rice with Kadai Chicken

This weekend I am not cooking as we are going sister in laws place for rakhi. We will come back Sunday evening and have leftover kadai chicken for dinner.

I hope this inspires you to plan your week and save money on your grocery bill and it also helps you avoid spending money on outside dinner.
