1 medium caulflower
1 1/2 cups dry peas (lessen the amount to one cup if u don’t want too much peas) soak them overnight
1/2 onion chopped
3 green chillies
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp tumeric
Chilli powder and salt according to ur taste.
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp coriander powder
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
Cut the cauliflower into thin pieces. ( thinner pieces cook fast) While cutting boil the peas with little salt in them. I use 7 tbsp of oil. Fry the jeera. Add the onions and chillies and fry them until onion becomes transluscent. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute and add turmeric. Add the peas and fry for 2 mts. Add the cauliflower. Add the salt , mix it and close the dish with a lid.It will take around 15mts for cauliflower to cook. Check frequently to make sure it is not burning. Do not add any water. Salt will help it cook without water. After the cauliflower is cooked add chilli powder and coriander powder and fry for 5 mts. Garnish with coriander leaves. Hope u all will enjoy as much as i do.
